133 Public consultation (1) The NT EPA must publish a notice of the draft environmental impact statement prepared under regulation 130 as soon as practicable after it is submitted to the NT EPA. (a) state where the draft environmental impact statement may be (b) invite interested persons to make a submission on the draft environmental impact statement to the NT EPA within the period specified in the notice. (3) The submission period must be not less than 30 business days and not more than 60 business days after the date of the notice.
