123 Consultation with government authorities (1) The proponent must give a copy of the supplementary environmental report prepared under regulation 119 to any government authority that the NT EPA specifies.
Environment Protection Regulations 2020 50 government authority to which the supplementary environmental report is given under subregulation (1); and NT EPA on the supplementary environmental report within the submission period specified in the notice under regulation 122.
