121 Proponent to publish supplementary environmental report (1) The proponent must publish the supplementary environmental report prepared under regulation 119 in the manner determined by the NT EPA. (2) The NT EPA may give directions to the proponent about the form and manner in which the supplementary environmental report is to be published.
