118 Assessment by supplementary environmental report An assessment by supplementary environmental report required under Part 4 or 7 assesses a proposed action or strategic proposal on the basis of: (a) the information given with the referral; and
Environment Protection Regulations 2020 48 (b) any additional information, submissions or advice given to the NT EPA under: (i) Part 4 or 7; or (ii) Division 2 of this Part; and (c) a supplementary environmental report prepared under this Division.
