116 Existing assessment process may continue during amendment If the NT EPA proposes to amend approved terms of reference under this Subdivision: (a) the proponent may continue to prepare a draft environmental impact statement for the proposed action or strategic proposal on the basis of the existing terms of reference until they are amended under this Subdivision; and (b) an assessment that is, or includes, an assessment by inquiry may continue in relation to the proposed action or strategic proposal on the basis of the existing terms of reference until they are amended under this Subdivision.
