113 Decision on draft amending terms of reference (1) After considering any submissions received under regulations 111 and 112 and making any changes to the draft amending terms of reference the NT EPA considers appropriate, the NT EPA must approve the draft amending terms of reference. (2) The NT EPA must approve the draft amending terms of reference under subregulation (1) within 15 business days after the end of the submission period specified in the notice under regulation 111. (3) The terms of reference have effect as amended: (a) on the date that the approved amending terms of reference are published under regulation 115; or (b) on a later date specified in the approved amending terms of reference.
