112 Consultation with government authorities (a) give a copy of the draft amending terms of reference prepared under regulation 108 to any government authority that the NT EPA considers may have a view on the matter; and (b) invite the government authority to make a submission on the draft amending terms of reference within the submission period specified in the notice under regulation 111.
