108 Preparation of draft amending terms of reference (1) If the NT EPA proposes to amend approved terms of reference, the NT EPA must prepare draft amending terms of reference. (2) The terms of reference may be amended by preparing: (a) amended terms of reference; or (b) new terms of reference; or (c) an addendum to the terms of reference.
