105 Notice to proponent of decision (1) The NT EPA must give notice of a decision under regulation 104(1), (3) or (4) to the proponent.
Environment Protection Regulations 2020 44 (2) If the NT EPA approves the draft terms of reference (with or without changes), the NT EPA must give the proponent a copy of the approved terms of reference.
