60 Records of movement of controlled waste (1) A producer commits an offence if the producer does not keep a copy of the information mentioned in section 59 (1) (b) for each consignment of controlled waste for at least 1 year after the date of the movement of the controlled waste. (2) A transporter commits an offence if the transporter does not keep a copy of the information mentioned in section 59 (2) (b) (i) and (ii) for each consignment of controlled waste for at least 1 year after the date of the movement of the controlled waste.
