53A Using registered agvet chemical product in accordance with instructions (1) In this part, a registered agvet chemical product is taken to be used in accordance with the instructions on the approved label for the product if— (a) the person uses the product— (i) at a concentration less than the concentration stated in the instructions; or (ii) at a rate of application lower than the rate stated in the instructions; or (iii) less frequently than is stated in the instructions; or (iv) to control a pest not stated in the instructions; or (v) by mixing the product with another substance; and (b) the use is not prohibited by the instructions.
