35 Compliance point—exception for environmental authorisation If noise is emitted in the course of conducting an activity for which an environmental authorisation is in force and the authorisation states 1 or more compliance points, each stated point is a compliance point. Note Environmental authorisations are dealt with in the Act, pt 8.
