25 Noise taken to cause environmental harm—Act, s 5 (a) (1) For the Act, noise emitted from a place in the ACT is taken to cause environmental harm in an affected place if the noise level at the compliance point for the place from which the noise is emitted is louder than the noise standard for that place.
