84 Evidentiary certificate In a proceeding for an offence against this Act, a certificate signed by the CEO stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter: (a) a stated liquid is a beverage; (b) a stated container is a permitted container; (c) a stated plastic bag is a prohibited plastic bag; (d) a stated person was an authorised officer on a stated day; (e) a stated notice or other document was made, given or issued on a stated day.
