6 Meaning of container
(1) A container is:
(a) a container that:
(i) is made to contain a beverage; and
(ii) when filled with the beverage, is sealed for storage,
transport and handling before its sale or delivery for the
use or consumption of its contents; or
(b) a container of a kind prescribed by regulation.
(2) However, a container does not include a thing prescribed by
regulation.
