57 Obligations of retailer after phase out period
(1) A retailer must not, on or after the prohibition day, make a
prohibited plastic bag available to a customer for carrying goods
purchased, or to be purchased, from the retailer.
(3) This section applies whether or not the customer is charged a fee
for the prohibited plastic bag.
