46 Review by NTCAT
(1) NTCAT has jurisdiction to review a decision (a reviewable
decision) of the CEO specified in Schedule 2.
(2) An affected person for a reviewable decision, is a person specified
in Schedule 2 for the decision.
(3) An affected person for a reviewable decision may apply to NTCAT
for review of the decision.
