42 Contravention of condition
(a) the person is the holder of a CDS approval or is a CDS
supplier; and
(b) the person intentionally engages in conduct; and
(c) the conduct results in a contravention of a condition of the
person's CDS approval or registration and the person is
reckless in relation to that result.
