41K Grounds for suspending or cancelling registration Each of the following is a ground for suspending or cancelling a CDS supplier's registration: (a) the supplier has contravened a provision of this Act; (b) the supplier has failed to comply with: (i) a condition of the supplier's registration; or (ii) a supplier arrangement; (c) the supplier has failed to achieve a target within the period stated in a notice given to the supplier under section 49(3); (d) the CEO becomes aware of information that, had it been known at the time the application for registration or renewal of registration was made, would have given a reason for refusing the application; (e) the supplier has ceased supplying regulated containers in the Territory; (f) the supplier has notified the CEO that it has ceased supplying regulated containers in the Territory.
