107 Application for supply approval
(1) Subsections (2) and (3) apply if, before the commencement:
(a) the application was made under section 21 for a supply
approval or the renewal of a supply approval; and
(b) the application was not decided by the NT EPA.
(2) The NT EPA must deal with and decide the application in
