102 Suspension or cancellation of CDS approval under Part 2 (1) This section applies if the CEO: (a) gave a show cause notice to the holder of a CDS approval under former section 38; and (b) had not, before the commencement day, made a decision in relation to the suspension or cancellation of the approval. (2) The NT EPA must continue to deal with the matter under amended Part 2, Division 6, Subdivision 3.
