13 Introduction of diseased organism or live poultry
A person who brings into the Territory: (a) any diseased organism; or (b) live poultry; is guilty of an offence punishable, on conviction, by a fine not exceeding: (c) in the case of a natural person—100 penalty units or imprisonment for 5 years or both; or (d) in the case of a body corporate—500 penalty units.
