6B.01 Publication of a notice withdrawing a referral
(1) For subsection 170C(3) of the Act, the notice must be published at an appropriate location on the Internet. (2) The notice must contain the following: (a) the identification number for the action, allocated by the Department; (b) the name of the person originally proposing to take the action; (c) a brief description or descriptive title for the action; (d) the location of the action; (e) notice that the referral of the action has been withdrawn; (f) the date on which the referral of the action was withdrawn.
