#### 18.01 Components of a fee for a permit (1) This regulation applies to an application for a permit to which regulation 17.01 applies. (2) The fee is made up of: (a) an amount (the administration component) for the cost of processing the application; and (b) an amount (the assessment component) for the cost of assessing whether a permit may be issued and whether a permit application needs to be redirected as a referral or as a different type of permit; and (c) an amount (the management component) for the costs of providing supervision or monitoring compliance with permit conditions. (3) The management component of a fee is not payable if the application is refused.
