13A.01 Removing or varying place or statement
For subsection 390L(2) of the Act, the Minister must have regard to whether: (a) the place has outstanding significance to Australia because of the importance of the place in the course, or pattern, of Australia’s history; and (b) the place has outstanding significance to Australia because of the special association of the place with the life or works of a person, or group of persons, of importance in Australia’s history.
