This instrument is the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Amendment (List of Threatened Ecological Communities (EC92)) Instrument 2026.
2 Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Authority
This instrument is made under section 184 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
4 Schedules
Each instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in Schedule 1 to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
