Division 4—Forestry operations in certain regions Subdivision A—Regions covered by regional forest agreements 38  Part 3 not to apply to certain RFA forestry operations  (1) Part 3 does not apply to an RFA forestry operation that is undertaken in accordance with an RFA.  (2) In this Division: RFA or regional forest agreement has the same meaning as in the Regional Forest Agreements Act 2002. RFA forestry operation has the same meaning as in the Regional Forest Agreements Act 2002. Note: This section does not apply to some RFA forestry operations. See section 42. Subdivision B—Regions subject to a process of negotiating a regional forest agreement
