247 Regulations (a) provide for the transportation, treatment and disposal of cetaceans killed, injured or taken in contravention of this Division; and (b) provide for the methods or equipment by which cetaceans may be killed, taken or interfered with otherwise than in contravention of this Division; and (c) provide for the gathering and dissemination of information relating to cetaceans; and (d) provide for the protection and conservation of cetaceans; and Division 4—Listed marine species
