88 Conditions relating to management of health, social and cultural impacts (1) Without limiting section 84, the Minister may impose conditions on an environmental approval to manage the potential health, social and cultural impacts of any action identified in the assessment report. (2) The Minister must not impose a condition mentioned in subsection (1) in relation to an action if a similar condition could be imposed on a licence, permit or other authority issued or granted under another enactment.
