77 Time for decision on statement of unacceptable impact (1) The Minister must make a decision to accept or not accept a statement of unacceptable impact within the required time. (2) If the Minister does not make a decision within the required time to accept or not accept a statement of unacceptable impact, the Minister is taken to have: (a) accepted the statement of unacceptable impact; and (b) refused to grant the environmental approval. the assessment report and statement of unacceptable impact.
