67 Notice of assessment report and other documents (1) The NT EPA must publish a notice stating where the following documents provided to the Minister may be obtained or inspected: (a) an assessment report on a referred action or strategic (b) a draft environmental approval; (c) a statement of unacceptable impact. (2) The notice must be published as soon as practicable after the documents are provided to the Minister.
