65 Draft environmental approval (1) The NT EPA must provide the following to the Minister with the assessment report: (a) a draft environmental approval prepared in accordance with the regulations; (b) any submissions received by the NT EPA on the draft environmental approval under the regulations; (c) any written comments of the NT EPA on those submissions. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the NT EPA provides the Minister with a statement of unacceptable impact under section 66.
Environment Protection Act 2019 46 (3) The draft environmental approval may set out the conditions recommended to apply to that approval.
