317 Pollution abatement notice (1) This section applies to a pollution abatement notice that: (a) is issued to a mining operator under section 77 or 78 of the Waste Management and Pollution Control Act 1998; and (c) relates to a mining activity. (2) The pollution abatement notice has effect on and after the commencement as if the notice were an environment protection notice issued under this Act.
