299 Assessment report (1) An assessment report prepared under the former Act before or after the commencement is taken to be an assessment report for this Act. Environment Protection Act 2019 257 (2) In subsection (1), an assessment report includes a report (however described) prepared under the former Act on the completion of an assessment under that Act.
