287 Proponent or approval holder to provide information (1) A proponent or an approval holder commits an offence if the proponent or the approval holder contravenes a notice under section 285. (5) Subsection (1) does not apply to a proponent or an approval holder in relation to information if an exemption is granted under section 288 in relation to that information.
