283G Declarations in relation to information prepared or reviewed by qualified person If specified information or a specified report given to the Minister has been prepared or reviewed by a qualified person as required by the Minister, the information or report given to the Minister must be accompanied by: (a) a declaration signed by the person stating that the person: (i) has not knowingly given any false or misleading information to the qualified person; and Environment Protection Act 2019 248 (ii) has given all relevant information to the qualified person; and (b) a declaration signed by the qualified person certifying that: (i) the information or report prepared by the qualified person or the report of the review by the qualified person is accurate; and (ii) the qualified person has not knowingly included any false or misleading information in the prepared information or report or the report of the review or failed to include any relevant information in the prepared information or report or the report of the review.
