283C Offence relating to conflict of interest (1) A person commits an offence if the person: (a) is a qualified person; and (b) intentionally prepares or reviews specified information or a specified report for this Division; and Environment Protection Act 2019 246 (c) has a conflict of interest and is reckless in relation to that circumstance; and (d) does not have the authorisation of the Minister to engage in the conduct despite the conflict of interest. (2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(a) and (d).
