283B Independent review of information The Minister may: (a) require a mining operator: (i) to give to the Minister a report prepared by a qualified person reviewing that specified information or specified report; or (ii) to meet the reasonable costs of the Minister in obtaining a report prepared by a qualified person reviewing that specified information or specified report; or (b) require the specified information or specified report to be prepared by a qualified person.
