283 Effect of decision (1) This section applies if the Minister or the NT EPA decides under section 282 that information may be withheld from publication. (2) The proponent or approval holder is not required to publish the information under this Act. (3) The proponent or approval holder is still required to provide the information to the Minister or the NT EPA under this Act. (4) The Minister or the NT EPA must not publish information that it has decided may be withheld from publication under this Act unless required to do so by another Act or law.
