251 CEO may take measures if order not complied with (1) If a person fails to take any measures specified by an order mentioned in section 250(a), the CEO may take those measures. (2) The CEO may recover the reasonable costs of taking any measures under subsection (1) from the person in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the Territory.
