229B Report of notifiable incidents (1) The CEO may direct an approval holder or mining operator to prepare a report of all notifiable incidents required to be notified by the approval holder or mining operator under Subdivision 2. (2) The report must, to the extent required in the direction of the CEO, include the information required to be recorded under section 229A. (3) The approval holder or mining operator must give the report to the CEO in accordance with the direction of the CEO.
