227 Notifiable incidents not required to be reported (1) A specified person mentioned in section 225 is not required to notify a notifiable incident under this Subdivision if the person is aware that the incident has already come to the notice of the CEO. (2) A person is not required to notify a notifiable incident under this Subdivision if the incident is an ordinary result of: (a) an action required to be taken to comply with an (b) an action required to be taken to comply with an Environment Protection Act 2019 210 (c) another requirement of this Act.
