225 Duty to notify CEO of notifiable incidents (1) A specified person who observes or becomes aware of a notifiable incident must notify the CEO of the incident and all prescribed information about the incident: (a) as soon as practicable (and in any case within 24 hours) after the person observes or becomes aware of the incident; and (b) in accordance with section 226. (a) the approval holder for the action; (ab) the mining operator who holds the environmental (mining) licence to carry out the mining activity; (b) a qualified person who is carrying out an environmental audit of the site; (ba) a qualified person preparing or reviewing information or a report in relation to the site under Part 13, Division 3A; (c) an owner of the site; (d) an occupier of the site.
