221 Proceedings following revocation of enforceable undertaking If an enforceable undertaking in relation to an alleged contravention of this Act is revoked under this Division before the CEO is satisfied that the enforceable undertaking has been complied with, the CEO may commence a criminal proceeding for an offence that is constituted by the alleged contravention.
