220 No criminal proceedings while enforceable undertaking is in force If the CEO accepts an enforceable undertaking in relation to an alleged contravention of this Act or an environmental approval or environmental (mining) licence, the CEO must not commence a criminal proceeding for an offence that is constituted by the alleged contravention while the enforceable undertaking is in force.
