210 Monitoring and management notice not complied with If an action required by a monitoring and management notice has not been taken, the CEO may: (a) cause that action to be taken; and (b) recover the cost of taking that action from any person bound by the notice in any court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the Territory.
