202 Copy of monitoring and management notice may be lodged with Registrar-General (1) The CEO may lodge with the Registrar-General a copy of any monitoring and management notice issued in relation to land. (2) The CEO must lodge with the copy of the monitoring and management notice any additional information required to identify the land to which the notice relates. (3) The Registrar-General must record a monitoring and management notice, a copy of which is lodged under subsection (1), in the land Environment Protection Act 2019 196
