199B Monitoring and management notice – form and giving of notice (1) A monitoring and management notice must: (a) be in writing; and (b) be given to each person to whom it is issued. (2) A copy of the monitoring and management notice must be given to each title holder, owner and occupier of the site to which the notice applies unless the notice is issued to that person under section 199(5), 199A(3) or 199AB(5).
