195 Requirements of stop work notice A stop work notice may impose any conditions the NT EPA considers necessary: (a) to prevent or minimise the environmental impact of the action; or (b) to provide for the remediation of environmental harm or the rehabilitation of the site of the action; or (c) to minimise any financial benefit to a proponent of proceeding with an action without an environmental approval.
