192D Powers on entry A person who is authorised under section 192B to enter land or premises may on entry do any of the following to comply with the environment protection notice or to monitor the carrying out of works under that notice: (a) inspect the land or premises and anything found there; (b) dig up any land and operate any machinery or equipment on the land; Environment Protection Act 2019 175 (c) bring equipment, machinery and materials onto the land or premises and install and maintain any equipment, machinery or materials; (d) take photographs and make sketches or other records of the (e) measure anything, or take samples of anything, on the land or (f) take any other action reasonably required to comply with the environment protection notice or monitor the carrying out of works.
